If merchandise was shipped to you, and arrived damaged, please let us know within 24 hours. Damaged items will be replaced with the exact merchandise on proof of loss. Save all receipts and packing materials. We are not able to replace lost packing documentation for items drop-shipped from the vendor directly to your location.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:are additional, and are generally ground-shipped via UPS. Buyers pay small insurance premium. Shipping is within the continental USA only!
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY: All sales are final; there are no exchanges, returns or refunds.
SPECIAL ORDERS: All special order merchandise MUST BE 100% PREPAID before we will order for you. Special orders are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-RETURNABLE, so please be sure that you order carefully and correctly. Please ask for assistance with gown sizing, if in doubt.
